Shipping for 'Outlaw's Apprentice: Broken Blade' Kickstarter (US only)

This is how campaign backers can process their shipping and handling fees.

There are two shipping costs. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PICK THE CORRECT ONE:

Book and Apprentice tiers (if you paid $20 or $40)

Outlaw, Frontliner, and National Hero tiers (if you paid $75 or more).

When checking out, click the "Need to leave a note or instructions" link and include identifying kickstarter information (either the e-mail address associated with your kickstarter profile or your backer number) for the Dream of Swords campaign so that we can process your order.

If you would like Chris to personalize the sketch and signature, please put the name of whomever you'd like the book to be made out to in this section as well.

Please enter your shipping address; I will reach out again in the week before we ship (the books won't be going out until the end of the year) to make sure that there is time to update any addresses that have changed.

LOCAL (Madisonville, KY) CUSTOMERS - I'll have a local pickup event if you want to forgo shipping!

COMIC SHOP OWNERS - to not complicate things, I'll reach out directly with a shipping invoice.

NON-US CUSTOMERS - I'll reach out about shipping once I have the packages ready to go out (this will be in January or, I hope, earlier).
